Concierge piece specifically could include more detail and options for edit, plus it would be great to be able to create and setup users fully, directly on-site!

A more user friendly dashboard with a better calendar for concierges to easy access bookings and tasks on a busy day.
As good as it is meeting modern day technology with the chatting features, traditional ways of confirming to guests and Travel agents should be available as it is still needed. Try not to forget about the guests who still comes physically to see the concierges at the desk too, maybe some more quick chat or quick print options.

The response rate from Alliants is second to none! Any question or concern that was had was answered or resolved with urgency. Vickie Miller has been an utter delight to deal with. Would highly recommend to other properties. Always welcomes feedback on the system with a can do attitude.

As a customer, it's very hard to imagine receiving a better technical solution and impossible to imagine better service in all departments.

I guess adding different vendors to be linked to the app is the biggest challenge. Perhaps there should be a list of preferred vendors that are required for the set up and further ad hoc could be added later on. E.g Taxi company etc..
