Forward-looking Data Gives Park Royal a Revenue Boost
Park Royal now optimizes room rates using Duetto’s Open Pricing methodology, through its GameChanger revenue optimization application. This enables them to price unlimited segments, channels, and room types in real-time and in line with market demand.
Moving Away From Excel: Before adopting Duetto, Park Royal was using different Excel files to create reports and for data analysis.
Driving Efficiencies: As part of the Duetto onboarding, the team also made internal changes to drive efficiencies through new processes.
More Accurate Rate Changes: Now, Duetto is seen as an important complement to the Revenue Management team, helping them to control and analyze prices, and make more accurate rate changes.

Park Royal saw strong overall growth and an immediate uplift in bookings after adopting Duetto. Occupancy grew by +2%.
Adopting Duetto’s Open Pricing methodology enabled the Park Royal revenue team to grow rates in line with demand. ADR jumped +8%.
Using segmentation helped the team price more accurately.
