The Sabre team has been excellent in helping us onboard the retailing feature for ancillary spend. Reservations system is also pretty intuitive, as well as booking engine management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No major constructive criticism. Channel management, reservations system, retailing upsell features are all pretty intuitive. The support team is also very communicative.
