What do you like most?
The Management and staff at SIHOT Asia Pacific are the most helpful and professional I have encountered in my professional career. Support is available 24/7 and they are local, which means, problems are sorted quickly and efficiently without wait time unlike most other PMS providers. Their software is easy to use and is definitely on par with other big-name brands. I would certainly recommend SIHOT as a PMS provider personally if requested.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have had some issues with comments not saving in reservations; however, the fix is ongoing and not a big issue.
