Staah is the most user friendly channel manager I have come across and has integration with majority of the portals. You can map, change room and rate plan difference as per the need.
Easy close or open particular rate plans. For global portals you can even set promotions or amend them. All update logs can be found with ease. Rates and inventory can be synced for next 365 days and more. If there are any changes in the extranet of a portal then you get notified even in case of any errors.

1. The reservation vouchers which are received from channels can be more precise with price breakup post commission or taxes, etc. As of now GoMMT data which is fetched is including taxes, Booking.com is including commission but taxes, etc. So if we can improve revenue split feature that will be more helpful. So analyse each portal voucher and accordingly try to show same in the Staah voucher which is sent to the hotel email.
2. All portals guest messages should be able to reply from Staah.
3. We should be able to put blackout dates for smart pricing, watch my rate, etc which are flowing to booking engine.
4. Booking engine page should ask for the child age when we are selecting number of adults and children.
5. We should be able to create rate plans from Staah for GoMMT, Expedia, Agoda & Yatra.

Channel Manager should not allow over booking to any OTA , in case of over booking made ,send mail to OTA this is not confirm or tentative booking ,
all OTA Promotion can be run from channel Manger
