It is also reassuring that we have communication with the technical development team and programmers as they can understand our concerns or observations and explain from a programming perspective where there may be challenges.

Alliants is still growing and they have lots of wonderful things in the pipeline, I could possibly suggest a consumer input system on what we find most challenging or where we need more work putting into the app to priorities these features. So if a feature or function has a lot of requests the programmers could focus on that.

A more user friendly dashboard with a better calendar for concierges to easy access bookings and tasks on a busy day.
As good as it is meeting modern day technology with the chatting features, traditional ways of confirming to guests and Travel agents should be available as it is still needed. Try not to forget about the guests who still comes physically to see the concierges at the desk too, maybe some more quick chat or quick print options.
