Tripleseat has been a great partner for hotels because it brings everything for group sales and event management into one place, including leads, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and event space scheduling, which makes the whole process smoother for both staff and guests. The branded proposals, easy communication, and online signing and payment help us deliver a much more polished experience, and the PMS integrations keep room availability and rates accurate without extra work. The visual floor plan tools are especially helpful for weddings and corporate events, and the reporting features make it easier to understand where our event revenue is coming from. On top of the product itself, their team is fantastic to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

Tripleseat stands out from competitors because it truly understands the way hotels operate, especially when events and room blocks overlap, and it brings those pieces together more seamlessly than most platforms in its space. While many tools handle either event management or guest rooms well, Tripleseat combines both with a cleaner workflow, better communication tools, and much more polished client-facing documents. Its floor plan builder is easier for teams to use, its reporting is more insightful for driving group sales strategy, and its PMS integrations tend to be more reliable in day-to-day operations. It can replace a lot of manual processes and disconnected tools, but only if you lean in and let it become your single source of truth. Once your team gets comfortable with it, you’ll see how much smoother the guest experience becomes and how much time you save behind the scenes.
