The products are constantly being improved following feedback from customers and is incredibly user friendly, thorough, yet simple. The ability to be able to use an award winning accounting software, combined with payroll and analytics keep everything in one place

M3 proactively integrate with partners to add value to their core products, meaning it is easy to get what you need in one place. The team are really helpful, knowledgable and accessible, something many providers struggle to deliver on.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Consider not just what is available now (which is already a lot), but also how adaptable and innovative the supplier of choice is for the future. It is not ideal to keep changing, so finding a provider like M3 takes that challenge away.
