Their service is totally commendable as they have 24/7 service support more or less all around the world. In the Middle East region and UAE, they are known to be one of the best as their turnaround time in sorting out issues if at all anything is very good. They have a very good skill

Their Rate Parity tool is a very unique tool that can help the hotel to generate more direct bookings as it can show the clear rate parity from all major OTA's and other channels. It can even show the discounted rates and loyalty rates that are being offered in OTA's which helps the hoteliers to set the right rates, incentives and strategies to attract maximum direct bookings and loyal members

Answer:

It is one of the best products in the industry now, especially their channel manager. All our partner hotels who are using their channel manager are quite happy with the product and we highly recommend them. They got some really cool and productive tools especially to help the hoteliers to derive more direct bookings.
