What do you like most?
- Get rid of the outdated physical guestbook. - Saves a lot of manpower, not to update all of the guestbooks, but you just have to change it on the website.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice, if you could make different guestbooks depending on the rate group, so it would be easier to give the customers a more personal experience.
