Each hotel can customize its account and shape it to its needs, which is a real strength for Misterbooking. They reply really fast to all the requests which is something we appreciate, and they are able to react and fix things very quickly when necessary. The way it works is very instinctive, which allows our staff to find what they are looking for, even about something they have not been yet trained on.

Some pages (one or two) don't look as modern as others, but that is just a matter of personal taste. Also, if internal messages (for the staff) could include attachments, that would be the cherry on the cake.
