Benbria Loop proved to be a successful tool for guest communication and engagement in all the properties we collaborate. Their approach towards reaching and engaging guests is simple yet very effective. The product is also straightforward to integrate and work with, making them a great partner.
Benbria is great, this integration helps our customers by using a variety of channels of engagement. Their product enables brands to capture feedback and insights related to customer experience including loyalty, satisfaction and effort, engage with customers to convert and recover and motivate frontline employees to improve operations, reduce customer churn and increase loyalty
Loop is a great package for independent hotels, it offers omnichannel message management, which aggregates all messages into one place so you don't have to hop between multiple different messaging platforms. This in itself is a huge time saver.
It offers real time surveys and feedback, ordering and chat, the ability to send prearrival SMS, Whatsapp or email and it is a ticketing platform on it's own allowing you to track delivery times and efficiency. It also integrates with the leading larger ticket systems like hotsos if you have that already and puts a guest facing messaging channel on the front of that.

Benbria is a leader in customer experience and engagement solutions, helping the world’s most customer-centric brands deliver an experience that goes above and beyond their competitor. We don't have anything specific to add that differentiates them.
Loop is a mature business, it's been around for 10 years and it works across the sector in restaurants, hotels and cruises. The mix of feedback/ordering/messaging and ticketing means it is a cost effective solution with an excellent reporting dashboard tracking NPS and using language processing to identify and report trends.
