An excellent solution for business analytics in the hotel. Quick to install, easy to use and great support line . There is a huge possibility of setting up self-configuring reports with the most detailed breakdown through Visual BI portal. InTouch was implemented in 2019 in 50 more than 70 hotels in the region. The implementation of this project took no more than two months. With such a volume of work, the number of tasks on our part was minimal, the main work on deploying the system was carried out by the provider. The system customization made it possible to take into account all the specifics of our region and our company. We could upload our own micro-regions, cities, specific categories of hotels and other data specific only to our company and our region.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ability to subscribe to reports, to upload budgets and forecasts directly through the application, but not via support line. Would be better to have faster response time of dashboards.

The appearance and feel of the reports + should be improved, & reports should come with charts by default ( without switching modes). The system can be unreliable and slow at times, necessitating rapid intervention. Access to the report scheduler could be a good addition with options to deliver daily/ weekly / monthly.

I have been using InTouch Data for over 5 years in different organizations I strongly believe it is the best BI tool in the market, especially for F&B revenue management. ITD team is very flexible and can adjust the reporting based on your business needs. AxisBI functionality allows you to build your own reports and thanks to this feature we have been able to extract data that we didn't know we had and that resulted in numerous revenue success stories. We have been working with ITD team to have PMS connectivity that would allow us to look at hotel guest spend from a completely new angle and drill down into guest behavior on market segment, room type or nationality level. Another positive note is that ITD team is extremely supportive and has fast response time to ensure any question/challenge is quickly resolved. Highly recommend InTouch Data to any size organization/hotel.
