I really like how eZee Centrix and PMS simplify hotel operations by automating most of the daily tasks. The channel manager keeps all OTAs in sync, which helps avoid overbookings and rate differences. The PMS is very user-friendly and supports smooth front office, housekeeping, and billing operations. Real-time updates and detailed reports make it easier to track performance and manage reservations efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile app could be improved to include all the features available on the web version, especially for adding inclusions or editing reservations. Sometimes, OTA updates take a little longer to reflect, so faster synchronization would be very helpful. Also, having more flexibility to customize reports would make it even better for detailed business analysis.
