The product is suitable for small to big enterprise and has a range of products to offer for the hotel's operational needs. The tech support is very strong and efficient. The ACE is very useful and handy.
Hotelogix has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
