Easy to share with other users and the ability to keep the same filter across different views, so the analysis/ though flows much better, not need to step in and out for reseting filers.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The tool is great and innovative and is being worked on constantly. The features that stand out for me are the ability to look at the business from the profitability perspective, including direct and indirect costs, analyze Total Spent, merge multiple company/ agency profiles, possibility to customize segmentation for multi-property users to make it unified without the need to go through the pain of doing it in PMS.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

ask for a full demo if you are still consider if to go for it or not. The product is multifaceted! Involve more stakeholders at the property level, this is not just a tool for RM department, commercial, operations, marketing can all make use of it.
